Along with a passion for visual art, Joshua's love for playing drums was birthed not long after he was. Marching around his house at two years of age with his plastic Sesame Street drum, he made sweet music for his family as loud as he could.

Since high school he’s played with several groups, emcees, and singers. Some of his past projects can be heard below.

Currently Joshua is the percussionist for Stone Forest Ensemble, a New York-based group known for their eclectic mix of hip hop, classical, jungle, reggae, rock, Afro-rythm and ancient Eastern sounds that cross racial, cultural, and generational borders. Please visit their site: www.SFEnyc.com.
